Liberty Care was established in 2005 and provides specialist medium- to long-term 24-hour supported living accommodation for adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, mental illness, sensory impairment, physical disabilities and other complex needs.
Our mission is to help our service users achieve lifestyles that are both satisfying to themselves and valued by others in society.
